Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to offer you the best quality products and try to give detailed information on each item as well as a close up picture so that you will clearly see what you are purchasing. If you have a question about any of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will be happy to help you.
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. You will then have to process a return after the arrival of your package.
If you decide you are not happy with your purchase upon receipt of the pieces you have 7 calendar days to return it for a full refund but shipping return costs are the responsibility of the returner.
If you receive the piece and it is broken please contact us immediately so we can process a replacement of the piece or issue you a full refund. You must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery of damaged piece in order to receive full refund of the price or replacement item. Failure to notify us within 24 hours will result in the item being nonrefundable.
Any purchases returned after 7 calendar days and before 30 days will result in a store credit only towards a future purchase with store receipt copy only. If you do not have your store receipt we will not take back the item under any circumstances.
The Dusty Attic Shop, LLC respects your privacy above all else and we want to assure you that you are protected. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. Any information you disclose to our site or give to us in any way will remain strictly inside our company. No one at The Dusty Attic Shop may use it for other purposes. We will never sell any of your information to a third party. The information we collect will only be used to help serve you.
Methods of Payment
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express
All shipments within New York State sales tax will be collected. All shipments outside of the New York state area we will not collect sales tax
All items are processed within 24 hours of placement unless you are notified otherwise.
Domestic Shipping we will offer the best price options available to ensure a cost effective safe way to receive your item(s). Shipping is only sent out Monday – Friday so any orders placed on the weekends or federal holiday will be shipped the following business day.
International Shipping will require us to get a quote from the carrier and we should be able to provide that information within the first 24 hours of order placement if we require additional information or we are unable to fulfill the shipping quote within the 24 hour period we will notify you.
